Cancellation and Return Policy for Orders
- The delivery of the order is guaranteed by the recipient’s signature on the order form. If the recipient cannot sign, a third party may sign on their behalf.
- If the recipient refuses to sign for any reason, the sender cannot dispute the delivery or refuse any charges.
- Orders for same-day or next-day delivery cannot be canceled.
- This is because the preparation of the order involves irreversible modification of the flowers. For other cases, cancellations are accepted up to two (2) days before the delivery for fresh flowers and three (3) days before the delivery for other products, with a refund being issued.
- Complaints regarding the quality of the flowers are accepted on the day of delivery and only from the sender. In this case, a representative will check the product based on photographic evidence or in-person inspection to determine if there is indeed a problem for which the company is responsible. If a problem is found, the product will be replaced or a refund will be issued, as deemed necessary by the company. If the sender is unable to contact us on the day of delivery, the recipient must send photographic evidence to verify any defect. The sender must contact the company within one (1) day of the incident to approve the process, provided it has been proven that the product needs replacement.
