Orders that are to be delivered to the above cities are carried out by our company’s drivers and not by external drivers or couriers. This ensures the best and safest delivery of your product. In cases of a large volume of orders, external drivers may assist in ensuring timely delivery, with the guarantee of Fiorentino.
If your order is being sent to a third party, our call center contacts the recipient to arrange the delivery time window, avoiding non-delivery of your gift in case the recipient is absent from the delivery address. Orders without a phone number and communication with the recipient are not accepted. Please note that in case of a failed delivery attempt, the sender may be charged again for the shipping costs.
The business transacts only with the sender/buyer. No third party has the right to inquire about information regarding the shipment and delivery, and the company has the right to enforce privacy terms. Details of the delivery location are not disclosed. Also, in case the sender requests delivery without knowing the address, the business reserves the right not to provide details of the delivery location to the sender.

Shipments within the Attica region are priced according to the mileage from our headquarters to the delivery location. The charge is €0.80/km. Same-day shipments are executed for orders placed by 14:30. No deliveries are made on Sundays, unless otherwise decided by the business. In this case, the business will inform the public about its operation through appropriate notices.
Shipping Hours in Thessaloniki
Shipments to Thessaloniki are priced according to the area. The areas are divided into three zones based on the postal code of the region. The charges are €5 for Zone A, €10 for Zone B, and €25 for Zone C. Same-day shipments are executed for orders placed by 19:30. Deliveries are also made on Sundays.
